Bill was happy once, when he was so young he barely remembers it. The only thing he does remember, was being taken away from his family. Bill was born into a loving family with immense potential and power, which naturally attracted the attention of the wrong type of people. Bill's parents loved him dearly, but one day they came for him to use him for their experiments because they knew of his amazing potential in magic. His parents had refused to give him up beforehand, and when the people came they still refused. A fight broke out, and his entire family was murdered except for his younger sister who managed to escape due to him using his magic to protect her. The people subdued him after a while and took him away, where he was raised in that horrible place and had experiments done on his arms. The try's failed on him, though they did give him some ability within his arms to do small amounts of magic - nothing like his fellow survivor, Sabrina who busted them out of that place. He was sent to an orphanage and refused to talk until at age 11, they started to school him, where he spoke few words. Fed up, they sent him off to Durmstrang to attend as a second year.
