Donnie was holding a bowl of cereal, scooping the soggily-crunchy flakes into his mouth. Dana's foster dragon baby, whom he'd dubbed Scrunches (because it's wings were all scruffy), had kept them both up all night with it's incessant sneezing. The poor little thing appeared to have what Dana said was "Little Cough", a common disease in dragons, especially orphans who weren't being fed by their mothers.

Apparently.

The apartment was sweltering, too. They had to keep it at a high temperature so Scrunches could get better. Adonis's main concern was that something would catch alight. He didn't want the landlord after him... that goddamn landlord...

Don chuckled and shovelled the last of his food into his mouth before stepping out into the hallway to get some fresh air.

Nina shoved the USB into her laptop and waited with impatience for the document to open. When it did, she clicked on her 'images' folder and flipped through them. A cheshire cat-like grin crossed her face at all the pictures she had of celebrities - Caelum Malfoy and Jaycie Simple, Adonis Ralph and yet another mystery girl, Anscom Turner and... Hmm. She swiped to the right and opened up her internet browser. She logged onto her e-mail account and flicked through her e-mails. Once she'd located the right one, she dragged all the pictures of Donnie and blond-mystery-girl onto her desktop, then looked at the information on Anscom's girl. Pyxis Wilson. A smirk grew on her features and she rubbed her hands together. Witch Weekly was going to be full to the brim of juicy gossip, even though she felt a pang of rage at the thought of Donnie with TWO other girls, when he clearly belonged with her.

She'd always loved Donnie.

Nina stood up and ignored her cat as it trailed after her whilst she walked to the door. Time to go spy on Donnie. She often hung out around his flat in wait of him, so she could pounce when he left. Normally, she'd get bored before he came out and he was most often not home. But it was early morning now and he was sure to be hanging around in his apartment. "You'll have to get the paper sometime, Donnie," she sang as she walked along. Just as she rounded the corner to the hall his flat was on, he stepped out. Within the flash of an eye, she'd pounced on Donnie and slammed him into the wall. She muttered a spell that stuck him there and grinned at him. "Hello, Donnie!" She purred, her hands sliding down his arms in a flirty manner that would most likely make him un-comfortable.

The thought had never occurred to Donnie this morning that she might be here again. Nina Pierce lived down the hallway from him, and she never let him forget that. She acted as if they were together, and she always seemed to be around. Donnie guessed that with the distraction of his sister being here, he'd forgotten the simple rules he'd put in place to avoid Nina (which, really, he'd put there for his own safety).

He'd barely taken two steps into the hallway before he'd been slammed and stuck to the closest wall. Donnie resisted the urge to squirm when Nina suggestively ran her hands down his arms. "Hi, Nina," he forced out through his teeth.

Nina was so annoying. Every where he turned, she was there. Don could swear she'd been sneaking into his apartment again to watch him sleep. Which was kinda creepy in it's own right... Donnie shuddered inwardly.

Dana was laden with plastic bags full of shopping, dragon supplies and food for them. Adonis barely ever went shopping and he really didn't have any decent food in his fridge. She climbed the flights of stairs easily and rounded the corner to her brother's apartment, only to be greeted by a slightly disturbing, to-be-expected sight.

Rolling her eyes, she turned to the open door and slipped inside, dumping the stuff. The baby Oriental Green dragon croaked at her from his perch near the coffee table and she smiled at him. Dana returned to the doorway and leant against the frame, her arms crossed and her eyes casually taking in the scene.

She suddenly recognised the lady.

Dana grinned mischievously. "I thought you got a restraining order on her, Don?"

Nina was pleased to see that Donnie was completely off guard. Normally, she never saw him and he would always be on guard. The moment he saw her, he'd be back in his apartment with the door shut. In her sick mind, she told herself it was a game of theirs. She had to catch him. It was a fun, fun game! Because Donnie loved her, she knew he did. It was why she was confused when he went out with these other girls. She just assumed that people weren't supposed to know about them, and he had to go out with those girls to keep up appearances.

"I caught you Donnie!" She giggled in a way that would disturb many. She placed her hands on either side of his face and tutted at him. "You aren't very good at this game, Donnie. You're meant to make sure that I don't catch you. I guess i'm just better at the game then you." She giggled again in that creepy way.

She was about to lean in and kiss him on the corner of his lips in a teasing manner, when a girl went into his apartment. She let out a surprised noise and turned to the doorway. She watched as the girl returned and leant against it - and she recognised her as the other mystery girl from the pictures that she'd taken herself! She huffed and crossed her arms. "Why would Donnie get a restraining order against me?" She asked.

Donnie stared down his nose at Nina and drew his face back away from hers as far as possible. "Yeah," he said, a look of confusion on his face. "You ... caught me..." He cringed outwardly at the touch of her long fingers on either side of his face. Her giggle was friggen creepy as shit and just every word that spilled out of her mouth scared Donnie.

Adonis relaxed considerably when his sister appeared, causing Nina to step away from him as she watched her put away the shopping with interest. He casually tried to pull off the wall again, but he was stuck tight. Don shot a glare at his sister.

"I did. She ate it." Literally, Nina ripped up the restraining order on her apartment door and from what Donnie could see from his position down the hall... she kinda ... chewed it up and swallowed.
